Introducing Dr. Asha Vijai Rao, an esteemed member of the Kalaza Care team With a wealth of experience and a diverse educational background, Dr. Asha brings a unique perspective and unwavering dedication to our mission of compassionate senior care. Dr. Asha holds a Ph.D. in Hindi from S.N.D.T. University, along with multiple postgraduate degrees in sociology, English, and education. Her extensive career spans across various roles in education, including teaching positions at prestigious institutions such as Kendriya Vidyalayas in India and abroad, as well as leadership roles as Principal and Assistant Professor. Beyond her academic achievements, Dr. Asha is a passionate advocate for healthy aging and senior citizen rights. As a trustee of Gharonda NGO and a member of various international organizations, she tirelessly champions for accessible healthcare services and respectable pensions for elderly citizens. Dr. Asha’s commitment to advocacy extends to her involvement in initiatives promoting adult immunization and elder abuse prevention.

A true philanthropist with a spirit of adventure, Dr. Asha’s achievements as a glider pilot, paratrooper, and mountaineer highlight her adventurous nature. Her passion for community engagement is evident in her participation in cultural events and programs both locally and internationally.
