Diversified experience in process designing, development of complex ophthalmic, dry powder injections, solid and liquid oral dosage forms and new drug application for US, Europe, Australia, Canada, South Africa. Specialization in development of complex generics (suspensions, gels and MUPS technology). A strong history of success in resolving complex technical problems in support of corporate goals and objectives using scientific innovation, project
management and transformative leadership. Formulation knowledge of over 25 years. Strong expertise on enabling technologies and new modalities: nanosuspensions, microemulsions and in-situ gels. Ability to provide oversight, technical support and direction to pharmaceutical packaging development activities – including dose pack and shell pack. Experience in QbD and technical risk analysis assessment – based formulation development. Subject matter expert for all
drug product regulatory submissions (USFDA, EMEA etc.).

In India, the healthcare landscape is evolving rapidly, yet there remains a significant need to focus on both preventive and palliative care. Preventive care plays a crucial role in reducing the incidence of diseases and promoting overall health, while palliative care is essential for improving the quality of life for patients with serious illnesses. Despite various initiatives and efforts, there are still considerable challenges that need to be addressed to ensure these services are accessible to all.
